At Global Document Services, our digitization and conversion procedures are done completely in-house and we work to keep you compliant with FADGI, HIPAA, FACTA and SSAE-16, while still offering low cost scanning and shredding services and eliminating the need for physical storage spaces.

Document Conversion Services (SIN 518210DC)

Under this special item number, GDS demonstrates excellence in scanning original documents, both text and images, to useable digital data. We then transfer the data to new media format for use in a digital records storage system. Custom indexing is also available as part of the document conversion process.

Document Destruction Services (SIN 561990)

Global Document Services provides secure on-site and off-site destruction of classified, unclassified, or personal identifiable information. Acceptable types of material include paper documentation, hard copy media, electronic media, and optical mass storage media. Secure destruction techniques that we use include, shredding, pulverization, disintegration, and incineration.
